2008 Tartu Philatelic Society decided to issue Eesti Post self-designed stamps with different monument motives of Tartu. 17 different motiver vere chosen, each of them in 2 variants, with face value 4.40 and 5.50. Also were issued covers with details about monuments. 36 sets 4.40 and 90 sets 5.50 were ordered.
2009 also 17 motives were used, each of them in 2 variants, with face value 4.40 and 5.50. Also were issued 17 covers with details about monuments and 17 postcards. 36 sets 4.40 and 90 sets 5.50 were ordered.
2012 4 stamps on overprinted 0.45 base were ordered, each 90 copies.
