Exposition of Tiit Käsper
This exposition shows you a small selection of lottery tickets issued before 1940 from collection of Tiit Käsper. In independent Estonian Republic the number of non-commercial voluntary organizations was sharply risen. Besides state intitutions many such organizations were active in solving of different social problems. The most handy way to activate people and to open their purses was through different lotteries. Tickets issued by the same organization different time show you also developments in arts, printing industry and society itself.
